The American Red Cross Tampa Bay Chapter is offering Project Video Connect through Dec. 30th from 10 AM to 4 PM weekdays. The free service lets you create a personal video message to be sent via the Internet to Armed Forces personnel around the globe. Tapings are held at the headquarters at 3310 W. Main St. Reservations are accepted and encouraged. You must have a valid e-mail address for the service member. For more information call (813) 348-4820.
